Evidently being computerless is causing more problems than anticipated. Having to find time to update during the work day isn't working as well as I'd hoped due to.... well.... work. I'm currently attempting to wade through the October monster backlog; fingers crossed for a successful outcome. Thank you all, once again, for your continuing patience. You rock. Seriously.

Well, my computer was power-failured into the Great Beyond, so once again I've fallen behind in updating. I'll have everything up to snuff this afternoon, and will do my best to keep it within a reasonable proximity of snuff over the next little while until I can get a new computer up and running. Sorry for the delays in getting the eggs updated this month. The large number of releases (daily + super rare) coincided with an unusually busy time at both home and work (so no sneaking on when the boss is at lunch), plus an entire weekend with NO internet access at all (painful on many different levels, that was). I'll have them up to date as of today (July 13) and will, hopefully, be only a day or two behind from now on. *fingers crossed* Thank you all for your patience.

More menu changes! I completely overhauled the Easter section of the menu (Special Eggs --> Seasonal) to be more in line with the Year and Sub-series layout of the Christmas section.

I've also added "sort alphabetically by name" links to all the printed checklists so you can choose to sort them either by name or by release date. Hope this makes things a bit easier for you! Now, off to add the new Christmas eggs......

The Christmas 2010 eggs are up-to-date as of this moment. They will continue to expand.

There have also been MAJOR changes to the menu (if you haven't already noticed). Thanks to the eagle eyes of one of our members, a few discrepancies about the Countries link came to light. I've completely redone the Countries menu item, including moving Egypt and China under it, and created a Cities menu item to clean up some loose ends. The entire Christmas section has been redone to be a bit more precise and less cumbersome. I've broken it down into years and sub-series so it should be a bit less unwieldy to use. I hope this is more useful than it is confusing. As usual, if you notice anything wonky, please feel free to let me know!

It's been a long time coming, but the warehouse eggs have finally been updated. Thank you for your patience in waiting for that. The latest Super Rare Protozoa have been included, so you can now mark those on your checklists as you find them. ALSO, I've finally finished the last change from the poll last spring. Series info now appears on most pages as a clickable link, so if you were wondering which series a particular egg comes from you need wonder no longer! As usual if you see anything that looks kinda funky, please let me know.

I've also been through the entire list of Public Baskets twice, so there should be very few links left without nests.

In preparation for the Hallowe'en egg binge I've cleaned a bunch of non-baskets out of the first thirty pages of the Public Baskets, so if you're looking for trouble-free hunting, that's the place to be. Of course if you want some adventure, the other 10 pages are probably for you (for now).

I've added a new page for everyone, Backgrounds! I think I've managed to get an example of every fancy background that has hosted eggs over time, but if I've missed one, please don't hesitate to let me know and I'll see if I can track it down.

It looks like Brad's bringing the old start-of-game retirees out of storage. LOVE the panther that hatches out of pink. To avoid confusion, these eggs won't appear in the "latest release" or "special eggs" sections of the website because they're about 2.5 years old, and were considered "regular" at the time of their initial release.

I promised a few little surprises for you, so here are Surprise #1 and Surprise #2 - two new printable checklists! One has smaller images, and one has no images at all. The old one is still there (don't panic) under "Large images" on the menu. I'll get to updating the warehouse eggs as soon as the annual fall end-of-garden rush is over, I promise.

I haven't updated the warehouse section yet (sorry about that), but I do have a long-awaited surprise..... an "unfind" button! Yes, indeedy! Just to let you know that the new eggs have been added, and I'll be getting to the warehouse ones in the near future. Amazing how life just seems to grind to a halt when you're sick, eh? Sorry about that. I'm hoping to have everything caught up in a week or so, health willing.
