Well, I didn't forget, it just didn't look right with legs.</li> <li>I have no explanation for how I missed that many names.</li> <li>I will never agree to index a book again, since it is not fun <i>and</i> I am apparently inept at it.</li> <li>Seriously, I wasn't slacking off on it or anything.</li> <li>I indexed those other names, and fixed some other things with the index.
