1 c. sausage links - cooked and chopped
1 c. ham - cooked and cubed
1 c. broccoli - cut
1 c. colby jack cheese - grated
4 eggs
2 c. 1/2 and 1/2 (or whole milk if you're being "good")
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 frozen pie shell
Sprinkle meats and broccoli in pie crust. Top with cheese. Combine rest and mix thoroughly. Pour custard over all. Bake for 15 mins. at 425. Lower heat to 350 and bake for 30 mins. more or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Jevin is sporting his newly completed sweater. The front has a little pocket on it, which he likes. I finally finished putting the pieces together last night. I was afraid he would outgrow it before it was done, but it fits perfectly!

We had a great Thanksgiving at Rose Lake. Elmer, Miriam, Isak, and Jason's folks along with Grandma Ann joined with Davin, Jen, Jevin, Enavi and all of us here for a great meal and visit. The weather was summer like and we feasted both here at Rose Lake and at Tali and Jason's.
